Unfortunately, I must report that this week I have nothing. I've come down with a cold and, while I managed to complete a spawning script for the Unity Ghost project I mentioned last week, I haven't had the energy to do more.

I have decided to put Psychic Scrap Racers on hold for a while. I really like were the project is at, but there's a very clear variation problem that I'm not sure how to approach. Thankfully, my livelihood doesn't depend on making games yet.

I'm going to try out some of the other designs that have been bumping around in my head. There's one in particular that came to me last week that I'm anxious to try out. I'm not going to say too much yet as I haven't had the energy to even construct a prototype. I will say that it's currently another 1v1 card game with an eventual target of up to 4 players. The key differences between this idea and Psychic Scrap Racers are: deck building elements, health pools, an Event deck, and bluffing.

My goal for next weekend is to have a testable prototype (without the Event deck) of my new idea finished. I also hope to have another 3rd of the Ghost project finished. Last weekend I assumed the front end of the Ghost project would be easy, but now I'm not so sure. Either way, something is getting finished.
